This is the most mis-served page in the forex SERP. Approximately 60% of "best forex broker" articles list brokers that do not legally accept US clients for forex trading — including many of the most-advertised names. The US regulatory stack (CFTC + NFA) is distinct from the FCA/CySEC/ASIC universe: only NFA-member Retail Foreign Exchange Dealers (RFEDs) can serve US retail clients.
